I probably overdid the service slices in that example. It's personal taste of course, and late game you can abuse the hell out of everything without significant consequence. Now you have the general idea, you can do similar calculations for any type of dome: factories, farms, child, residential, science, anything you can think of. With that configuration, and assuming the usual building upgrades, you'll have high sanity, high comfort - happy people all round. You have 1 slice left over, so why not have a large park or something to fill it.
